Kèr Ksvāhàwi (Ksvā /ˈhəwi/ [tornado] [forest]) is a subtropical Town located in the Sti̊ci̊q Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Ksvāhàwi is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Ksvāhàwi was founded by Crocodes Terfel, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has a yearly average temperature of 29°C (84°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 33°C (91°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 26°C (78°F). Kèr Ksvāhàwi receives an average of 184 cm/y (72 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Ksvāhàwi covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2490 m (8169 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Ksvāhàwi was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1468, by Crocodes Terfel. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Ksvāhàwi is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi is buildings are built arround a single spacious cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Kèr Ksvāhàwi's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The town's monster and outlaw focused fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
A look around Kèr Ksvāhàwi gives the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Kèr Ksvāhàwi brings to mind.
Civic Infrastructure
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Kèr Ksvāhàwi.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kèr Ksvāhàwi's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Kèr Ksvāhàwi which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
In Kèr Ksvāhàwi snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
The Xtabay near Kèr Ksvāhàwi are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Kèr Ksvāhàwi's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves sacrificing an animal to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 2 via throat chanting.
Economy

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Loch Champlain began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which was isolated to the area around Kèr Ksvāhàwi, which was swallowed by the fumes for several days. Kèr Ksvāhàwi lost 280 people, 213 livestock, and 49 buildings in the disaster, though it is of note the local plant life flourished after the disaster. The disaster is referred to as the Heartbreak Wind.
